Liberty jumper cuff patches - Back in the days when the Navy and Coast Guard enlisted uniform for E-1 to E-6 was jumpers and trousers, men wore a dress blue uniform in winter and on liberty. At inspection, the cuffs were worn closed and buttoned, but once ashore, many men opened the cuffs and rolled them back. Somewhere along the line, they began to decorate these open cuffs with colorful patches that were unseen when the cuffs were closed. I've acquired a number of these designs and offer them to those interested.
